These free-standing heat/light domes are 16″ high x 16″ wide. The burn guards in these units are 8″ high x 5″ wide. The unit contains two “dimmer-controlled” socket with a maximum rating of 150 watts. The bottom acrylic is designed to allow a “Flat Rock” to lay on the plastic; the heat from above will provide a hot zone. NOTE: We DO NOT recommend using a Ceramic Heat Emitter (CHE) that is over 100 watts. Always check the temperature under the heat source using a temp gun and never let temperatures go over 120°F. Always use a thermostat.
